Maintenance
1. Strictly follow the instructions when operating the shearing machine.
2. According to the requirement on the lubrication chart, fill lubrication oil regularly at fixed time, fixed location, and fixed quantity before starting the machine, and the oil should be clear and sediment-free.
3. The machine should always be kept clean, and apply preservative oil and grease to the unpainted part.
4. The lubrication oil inside the bearing of motor should be changed and filled regularly. Often check and ensure the electrical part works with safety and reliability.
5. Check the triangle belt, handle, knob and keys on a regular basis to see if they are worn out. Replace with spare parts if they are badly worn.
6. Check and repair the switch and handle regularly to ensure safe operation.
7. Lubricate and tidy the machine at the end of a day.
8. Unauthorized personnel are strictly forbidden from operating the machine. Ensure the machine has stopped when you finish using it.
