Ironworker was originally a brand name for a machine which can shear, notch, and punch holes in steel plate. The brand has now become a generic name for machines of this type. Ironworkers generate force through mechanical leverage or hydraulic systems. Those ironworkers that generate force by mechanical lever are called mechanical ironworker or mechanical ironworker machine.

We adopt superior hydraulic system components for our mechanical ironworker machines. For example, we use main hydraulic valve of Yuken Japan (a famous brand in the world) and hydraulic gear pump of the world famous Athos. Besides, in order to prevent oil leaking, we adopt the best seal. Our main electrical components are of Germany Schneider. As to limit switch, we use Omron proximity switches. Both sides of the profile cutting moving blade are led by friction plate. We use quality paint to preserve the beautiful and intact appearance of the machine within at least 2-3 years.

The mechanical ironworker machine features mechanical transmission, rack of cast steel and welded-steel plate construction. With adequate rigidity and strength, it is able to perform shearing, punching and notching on square steel, round steel, channel steel, flange beam and angle steel.
